Summary of Terms and Conditions

• Vouchers are for the use of the named recipient only.
• Vouchers cannot be redeemed for a booking / travel date after the voucher expiry date.
• If the new booking value is lower than the voucher value, the remaining value is stored and can be used on future bookings until the voucher expiry date.
• All travel booked and paid for using a voucher must be completed by the voucher expiry date. Vouchers cannot be extended, and any residual value will be forfeited at the voucher expiry date.
• Vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Vouchers cannot be redeemed at the airport.
• Vouchers can be used when booking Aurigny flights only on Aurigny.com, or by calling the Customer Services team. The voucher code must be entered on the payment page prior to completion of the booking.
• The new booking must be made in the same currency as the voucher. You can change the currency to match the voucher during the booking process.
• If the total flight price exceeds the value of the voucher, any price difference must be paid by card at the time of booking.
