Join the Aurigny FrequentFlyer programme and start earning Award Points every time you fly with Aurigny. It's free to register, there are no minimum travel requirements and with our generous redemption levels, you'll soon qualify for a Award flight.

• If your booking is made using our Flexi or Flexible fares you'll earn double Award Points
• Award flights include a complimentary 20kg hold baggage allowance on all Aurigny operated routes (Alderney-Southampton,15kg).
• You have the option to store your passport and personal details within your membership Account and to use the 'auto-fill' facility to save time when you book on the App.

Earning Points

• To earn Award Points, your FrequentFlyer membership number must be entered into your booking before departure
• When you book on the App, use the Log In link; this will ensure that your FrequentFlyer number is included in your booking and that Award Points will be automatically added to your account. Award Points, valid for 24 months, are credited after travel and not at the time of booking
• If your bookings are made by your company travel organiser or travel agent, please ensure that your FrequentFlyer membership number is entered in your booking.

Spending Points

• Award flights may be booked using our App, www.aurigny.com or through our Contact Centre.
• Once your Award points balance is sufficient for an Award flight, you should select the 'Use my FrequentFlyer points' option on the App. Having selected your preferred route and date, the calendar will display flights with Award flight availability
• Award Points cover the cost of the airfare. However, taxes/charges and any other fees must be paid for by credit/debit card to complete the booking.

Household Membership

• Any Member over 18 years can create a Household Account by adding up to nine household members (over the age of two) to their personal FrequentFlyer account. All members of a Household Account must permanently reside at the same residential address as the so-called Primary member
• Household members can pool their Award Points and enjoy Award flights even sooner
